Advice on Moving Washing Machine - 2 Possible Options for the Plumbing.

Hi all. We currently have the washing machine in the garage and my partner would like to have put into the kitchen. The problem is, there is no feed or waste pipe where we have space for it (she also wants to add a dishwasher too).
This is the space we have for the washers: https://photos.app.goo.gl/9kMhhwYPBTUQej6WA
We've had a plumber have a look at possible options for getting the necessary work done and he has suggested either drilling through from the toilet behind where the washers will go and connecting up there.

OR
Drilling through from outside and connecting there:

Any suggestions as to which would be best?
Any things to be cautious of or watch out for?
Thank you.

We can't relate one area to another without a plan. Take your plumber's advice is all I can say.I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

My partner has kindly knocked this crude plan up in about 30 secs if of any use.
X marking the areas we could potentially drill through and connect the pipework.

Personally I'd go for the loo, keep it all indoors. I assume you'll have to go there for the water supply anyway.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1

Go for the nearest and the one that limits the pipework on show.1
