Viewings of occupied properties for sale or for rent to be allowed from 27th July (targets allowing). 

No news of any LBTT changes.

    I watched the announcement, I would expect to hear some sort of news regarding Land Tax Charges later today or early next week as Mark Drakeford has a meeting with Rebecca Evans this afternoon. Fingers crossed eh!
