Travel disruption with jet2

Hi, we have a holiday booked to Antalya with jet2 due to depart 23/07/20 but I have found out that the hotel is shut until 31/07/20 at the earliest but have had no communication with jet2 regarding this. I managed to speak to someone from jet2 a couple of days ago but they would not clarify this was the case but did say we would be offered alternative accommodation if it is the case. Do we have to accept a suitable alternative if they offer it or can we cancel and request a refund? Any help or advice anyone can offer would be very great fully received as now it is proving almost impossible to speak to anyone from jet2 (3 phone calls on hold only to be cut off after almost 3 hours!)
Thank you
Thank you

Jet2's Ts & Cs specifically consider a hotel change to be insignificant, if to an equivalent standard: https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions#terms8 - whether or not such Ts & Cs are legally enforceable is another matter though....0
