BACS PAYMENT QUESTION

    Fifth Anniversary 100 Posts Name Dropper
    The cut off time for BACS to be approved is 5pm weekday. So obviously they have an internal deadline for payments.

    Well am getting different replies from various sources.Some sites say if it's processed on Wednesday then it will be in the bank Monday?  The payment had left the company on Wednesday 8th at 3:06pm   And when I called the company they assured me the payment had left their end and it's down to my bank

    Just figured I'd update everyone with the result. I received the payment on Sunday at 10:30pm

    Here is a run down of the transaction 
    Day 1: Wednesday 8th at 3:06pm payment was sent from company to my bank.
    Dat 2: Processing
    Day 3: Hold
    Day 4: Sunday night at 10:20pm. Payment was in my Santander bank
