I found that since April I could not get my money back for Flight to and from Berlin. In the end my husband said just except vouchers. So we went to to claim vouchers for flights. We were given 2 options flights for later or cash.We had not previously ventured into looking into the vouchers in case they gave them to us for new flights .I think there is a problem understanding voucher for money or voucher for payment.Money then arrived within 2 days.. All of it straight to the the account we paid it from.We were also offered 50 voucher for our next travel.£10 for another person and £5.00 for each person towards food or drink on flights.

So I’m trying to get money back the changed my flight which I booked in 2019 then covid hit and they stopped flying so changed my flight to 2nd July 2022 I don’t have original email but have a credit card transaction from 2019 when I booked it I’ve had no reply from easyJet just a credit voucher which I won’t use by next year? Any idea how I can get them to refund me the money?0

I'm afraid it's highly unlikely you will get a refund. The time for a refund was when the initial flight was cancelled. Rather than claim a refund you agreed to a new booking for July 2022. Easyjet, like many airlines, treat that as a voucher refund and new booking using that voucher, so any future refund will be with a voucher as that's how you paid. You could ask them to extend the expiry but they don't have toDebora13 said:So I’m trying to get money back the changed my flight which I booked in 2019 then covid hit and they stopped flying so changed my flight to 2nd July 2022 I don’t have original email but have a credit card transaction from 2019 when I booked it I’ve had no reply from easyJet just a credit voucher which I won’t use by next year?
