Company refusing full refund of cancelled flights

Hi,
I am due to fly to Australia via Hong Kong on 20th July, with Cathay Pacific. I have been informed by Get a Flight, who I booked with, that all of the flights there and back have been cancelled. I have asked for a full refund but been told I can only have the money back minus the taxes which amount to over £300. When I've queried this, they gave the response I've copied below this post.
Can anyone advise me please whether I am entitled to a full refund and Get a Flight are just trying to hold on to some funds, which I understand in these difficult times, but nonetheless, this does not help me. Or are Get a Flight correct and I am not entitled to the full amount back?
I always thought that a full refund was my legal right but if I'm wrong, I will have learnt something.
All advice, much appreciated, thank you.
