Who is responsible for fixing or resplacinv my shower enclosure?

Options
I purchased a turnkey house almost 2 years ago. I upgraded my shower enclosure, paid extra and also paid for specialist fitter to ensure it was done properly. The house has since settled and since purchase I have had 3-4 occasions where I’ve needed it fixed (readjusted, new seals on door, revealed to tray etc) as it was leaking and door cannot be closed. This will be an ongoing issue and I want it fixed properly ie. completely refitted or replaced. Who is responsible for this? - developer, builder, supplier, fitter or me?

A "turnkey house"? Which country is this in?

Assuming the UK, and that the only party you contracted with was the vendor, your only warranties will be the explicit ones you got as part of your contract. There are no warranties implied by statute.

Well something is wrong with the whole bathroom.
Are the shower enclosure walls well supported ! Wooden frame onto which the waterproof auqaboards are attached.
Or was it a cheap bodge job done quickly by the builders ?
