I’m looking at purchasing a (6 bed) house which has a fairly large steeply pitched roof, and flat roofs to the side and back. I’ve been quoted 47k+VAT, plus 8k+VAT insulation. The work is to replace a clay tiled roof, including the guttering, soffits, fascias, garage, leaning chimney etc. The property is in Surrey in terms of labour cost. The internal area is approximately 220sqm. Funny, it does not include beam replacement!
Does this sound around the right ball park ? (Scaffolding and skips etc included in the price)
