EasyJet cancel 1 of our 2 flights

We have just been notified that our return flight from Geneva to Bristol has been cancelled. When we booked we booked a return flight flying out from Bristol. We haven’t been told that the Bristol flight is cancelled however, just the return flight. Obviously we can’t go as we have no way of getting back and with two kids this would be a nightmare. We have requested a refund but wondered if easyJet are being sneaky here and will say they can only refund the cancelled return flight. In my mind we bought these flights as a package and they can’t now fulfil their part of the transaction and if we flew out, we would be stranded. Anyone else had this situation come up? Thanks

You’re entitled to a refund of all flights on the booking and that’s what easyJet will do if you ask them.

As long as both flights have the same booking reference number you should get a refund.
