Ryanair and flights to Portugal

Hi,
Scheduled to fly to Portugal (Faro) on 8th August and as you'll be aware, the Government advice continues to be a restriction on all but essential travel. We have booked flights only as we are staying with friends and have been advised that Ryanair will not cancel the flight. based on the current Government advice, we would need to self-isolate for 14 days on return and if we travelled against advice, it would invalidate our insurance. There are nine of us travelling ranging in age from 72 to 14 and some of the group din't have insurance at this time. I paid for all of the tickets on my credit card and because of the circumstances of the holiday, won't be able to reschedule these flight.
What are the options please and what are Ryanair's obligations?
Thanks.
