Can I claim tax releif for part time working from home

I have been part home working (2 days out 5) for the past 3 years - with the news that a tax claim can be submitted for full home working for those persons forced to fully work from home during COVID, is it also possible to make a retrospective claim for past years for my part home working arrangement (2 days out of 5) ?
