Thanks for your help. The matter i think has been resolved. Just waiting on clarification from the head teacher. I'll have a risk assessment drawn up which I'll need to adhere too obviously.0

It’s interesting that nothing is said about what to do for extremely vulnerable employees if risk assessment indicates that it is not safe for them to be in the workplace.
Seems to be that the individual can choose to accept the risk or not but the employer should not dictate the decisions. The decision on whether or not to accept the risk is of course going to be skewed by financial considerations.
