hello i am new to this. can any one help with PPI reclaim. I have received an offer from my bank, they have taken off a tax payment. Can anyone tell me if benefits are taxable. i receive Carers allowance and income support and my husband gets PIP we have no other income at all, so can i claim tax back from HMRC and if so how do i do it.
