Hello,
I ordered some products online on the 15th June and till this day I haven't received the items after trying to get in touch with the company on numerous times to find out what's happening without any luck. Payment was taken on the day I made the order using my credit card with Natwest, I was wondering how do I go about getting my money back? And is this possible? Can't find much info on their website about it.

yes call natwest and ask them to 'initiate a chargeback'0

IMO they wont initiate a chargeback until at least 28 days have elapsed - a month seems the maximum time an online retailer has to deliver goods.0
