Flight/Package Holiday

I have a holiday booked for 6th August i paid 300 pound extra for an early flight Jet2 has changed it to 4 hours later and said we cant claim the money. Also our hotel is closed and we have been told they will find us another hotel if needs be and we cant get our money back we just have to accept it. Any advise will be greatly appteciated.

You need to check the Jet2 terms and conditions regarding change of hotel. A change of flight times by 4 hours will not generally be classed as a major change so there is no option for you to cancel on that basis. Extremely annoying I would agree, as I always try to get flights as early in the day as possible. I hate hanging around the resort all day waiting for a late return flight.
