Left job no final payments?

As most will know on here I was one who was furloughed but not receiving payments correctly, weekly payroll, payments actually received when they felt like sending it.  I found a new job and put my notice in.
I have just discovered via my personal tax account that the end payment is £0.00.
I have just rang HRMC to clarify what I really already knew yes a P45 has been issued and I have been ripped off.  I have one weeks furlough money showing on my account as paid and I have not received It and have not received a penny in holiday pay accrued during furlough(furloughed from the very start).
I have no payslips, nothing to cross reference to apart from my bank statements and personal tax accounts. Ex Employers are ignorant idiots so not worth contacting them.
Is this now two different issues furlough report fraud? Non holiday pay ACAS?
Thanks

In the first instance, I would discuss the matter with ACAS. The furlough issue I think you have reported as the CJRS guidance suggests? You then have the civil matter of recovery of:
    • wages they said they had paid you, but didn't, plus any other wages due
    • accrued holiday pay
    • notice
    • redundancy
These will depend on how long you worked there, and whether your contract of employment provided for more than the minimum. ACAS can advise on whether it is best to take them to small claims court, or an employment tribunal. There are strict and short time limits for the latter.

HRMC basically said on the phone that it’s between me and the employer when I asked about the report for fraud option.  As I pointed out then that payment is showing on my accounts and I can prove via my bank accounts that I don’t have it.
I am being realistic knowing I am no doubt going to lose that ripped off holiday pay. I am just hoping I can at least get them for that non payment of furlough as it’s through HRMC.
As you can imagine I am furious that even at the bitter end they have still managed to rip me off.

Don't let them get away with it then. Talk to ACAS.

Thanks Jeremy, I will push it best I can and hopefully the fraud bit will be straight forward.
Although I’m angry I am determined not to let them bring me down anymore. I had enough of that when I actually worked for the selfish idiots and all during furlough praying for payments.
    Thank God I have escaped.

Furlough periods are 3 weeks. How many weeks into the period were you?

I have no idea to be honest payments were updating on my tax accounts every two weeks. HRMC have confirmed that a weekly payroll was being submitted to them but I was  receiving payments around every four weeks(I waited forever for the first payments) I appreciate it’s an absolute mess and it has been from the very start.
I have no furlough agreement, no payslips and might aswell talk to the wall when seeking info of any kind from the employer.

Personal tax account doesn't show furlough payments.

Each week the payroll is run and the weekly amount shown is the furlough payment with the tax deducted from it and has been showing like that since the end of March?

I think what was meant by the previous post is that your personal tax account will not show the amount claimed under the CJRS by the employer. It just shows what is paid to you.

Ah get you, ok then the amounts shown as paid to me on there then are what I was entitled to under furlough I believe. The payments were never made on the dates showing on the accounts though and there is still one outstanding showing as paid but not received.
