Help with my conveyancer

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this, but does anyone have any advice on how to deal with my conveyancer who hasn't replied to a message from me or the sellers solicitor in over two months. We've called and called, and emailed and emailed all around the houses, though still no luck! We needs updates as they are keen to exchange, as am I.

2 months? Is there a numbvr to ring? Do they have a boss you can call? Is there a complaints process?1

Are they working?0

I have phoned and emailed their boss multiple times, and can confirm that both contacts are working.0

Follow the firm's complaints process (which they should have told you about at the outset).1

What's the company called? Someone may have experience of them.0

Raise a written formal complaint to the partners in line with their stated process. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, elevate the complaint to the SRA as per items 1.3 and 1.4 here https://www.prince-evans.co.uk/legal-information/2
