On the Beach contact issues

Has anyone successfully contacted On the beach recently. I need to cancel our holiday. I've tried the message system  - its almost impossible to get the right combination to actually send them a message. I cant automatically cancel as the credit card on file is out of date and it wont process. The automatic email directs me to call a number - which isn't operating, and the email address says its only for post holiday issues.

I am at a loss how to get anyone to deal with me .

I have also been trying to contact On the Beach everyday for the past two weeks.  They do not respond to the numerous messages sent and just send generic emails to all their customers which don't answer the questions / issues raised.  There is seemingly no telephone contact available.  We are due to go on holiday on July 20th.  We picked up from the BA website that our flights were cancelled.  A week on BA have rebooked us on to flights from a different airport.  We phoned the hotel where we are supposed to be staying in Spain and they are closed for this whole season.  If anyone does have a way round the inadequate messaging system that no one responds to or a telephone number I would be very grateful.
