Anyone else in Wales holding out for a cut in Land Transaction Tax (LTT)?

    Why wait, why not just reduce what you offer by £2,400.

    Because wee Nicola wants to be seen to be making her own policy and not just blindly following the English direction.
    Or more realistically, because they don't know any earlier than the rest of us what Westminster is going to announce, and might want to at least take a few hours to have a think about it and do some sums.

    Because wee  Nicola realizes that all the freebies that Johnson is giving away will come home to roost, when taxes are raised.

    Why wait, why not just reduce what you offer by £2,400.
    Because we have an excellent relationship with our builders who have gone above and beyond for us. That would be like a massive slap in the face to them. 

    My mantra is if we get the LTT cut tomorrow, great, thats an extra bit of money in our pockets. If not, we had already accounted for it when buying the house.
