Because we have an excellent relationship with our builders who have gone above and beyond for us. That would be like a massive slap in the face to them.moneysavinghero said:Why wait, why not just reduce what you offer by £2,400.
My mantra is if we get the LTT cut tomorrow, great, thats an extra bit of money in our pockets. If not, we had already accounted for it when buying the house.0 -
