Jet2 Flight Refunds

My parent's flights to and from Bourgas (Bulgaria) have been cancelled by Jet2 and they have been given a credit voucher. They do not want the credit voucher and they want a full refund. Jet2's phone number that is on their website is not working and the online claim form is saying it will be looked at in 28 days or more... This is unacceptable... They have found other flights now with a different airline but need their money back to be able to book the new flights... Can anyone give me advice on how to pursue this further?

28 days is a decent timescale at the moment, they will just have to be patient. Maybe offer to book them the flights on a credit card if they dont have one, and pay you back when the cash comes? No idea.1

They refunded mine automatically, had to wait 28 days, no issues with thatRegards
