Can anyone help ..
I booked a long weekend away to Venice, last year for our wedding on June 6th this year , any way the wedding got cancelled and hotels.com emailed me saying I'm entitled to a voucher to use at the same hotel within a year , which i excepted .
When the voucher arrived in an email about a week later , it was for €50 , and I paid over €500 , so i immediately phoned hotels.com , and got through to a man , and after explaining it all to him , and being left on hold for ages , he came back and say I would receive a new voucher for the correct amount in a few days . No voucher arrived , and now all I get is ' its being looked into '
Its now been over a month, is the anything I can do ???

Thats easier said than done , looks like the phone numbers are now gone and they don't answer emails ...
Looks like I've lost over €5000 -
The phone numbers are still on there. Along with a message saying that due to the numbers involved, refunds may be delayed.Rmcox1970 said:Thats easier said than done , looks like the phone numbers are now gone and they don't answer emails ...
