Assuming that you can withdraw money easily from the savings account, could you transfer cash from your current account to bring it up to the figure you require and get a statement showing this.  Then you can transfer it back to live on for the next few weeks knowing that once your next salary appears you will be making your regular payment and the money will be in place. I can certainly do this
Incidentally, have you accounted for the other expenses in house purchases - surveys, solicitor's fees and the like?  They will need to be paid as well of course. I'll admit that I've only considered this loosely. In reality I always have a few extra hundred pounds spare -the last 2 months I've lent my brother 2 lots of £500 while maintaining my £1k savings. (Not really able to ask him to pay me in full anytime soon before anyone mentions it). So I kind of envisioned this would cover the other fees. If worse comes to worse, my mum/another sibling would probably chip in for the fees (not for the deposit though).

Solicitor also wanted to know how we were planning over covering the legal costs, stamp duty etc as well. So just make sure you've factored that in. No stamp duty for me thankfully- FTB
