ClearScore/Equifax report is a total mess

I moved the house just before the lockdown, i.e. on the 23rd of March. Informed financial institutions I have credit card and/or current account with about the change. Now all current accounts are shown by ClearScore as closed and all credit cards but two (I presume those which are a bit slow on updates) disappeared. The new address is nowhere to be seen and there is no option to add it as I am supposed to select address from addresses on the report.
Any suggestions?
(Reports from TransUnion/Credit Karma and Experian/MSE are in good order.)

I suggest closing your Clearscore Account and signing up a fresh.

Are you suggesting that the problem is with ClearScore and not with Equifax?

Clearscore get the data from Equifax so if Equifax is wrong then so is Clearscore.
