Hi, wondering if anyone has any experience/advice. Rearranged holiday with tui as dont want to travel in august due to being pregnant. We paid £3280 for original holiday. Changed to holiday worth £2569. Then told we will get a refund of £503 because when we booked we got £200 off as an offer. We now aren't entitled to that so have to pay it back? Just seems like they are advertising amendments as free but obviously are clocking on in other ways. When I asked to raise a complaint about it they told me their complaints department are furloughed and unsure when they will be back at work.
Just feeling like they are trying every which way to cash in.
So basically has anyone else experienced this? Do I just have to accept that I'm losing the £200?
Thanks

Yes , you lose the £200 "incentive" from the booking.
