Can I sell my flights?

My family are not planning on travelling to France at the end of the month as the restrictions there are far greater than here and it won't be a holiday. We have not paid for our accommodation. Ryanair will not let us obtain a refund for our flights at they are still operational, nor will they allow a voucher exchange for later travel (surprise, surprise!). We will be £921 out of pocket if we don't go so I wondered if anyone knows about any companies that sell the flights on my behalf deducting the cost of the name changes and fees so we won't be quite as out of pocket? I am sure there must be someone who would take our places?

Have you factored in how much the name changes on the tickets would cost?0

If you could even find anyone to buy them from you, as you say there'd be the admin fee (£115 per person) as well as any fare difference.

Not yet, but I intend to. If I can claw back as little as £300 then that is better than nothing!0

In theory then yes, there's no problem in selling them on. Sites like eBay etc aren't usually an option though for selling travel.1

I've seen flights for sale on Gumtree. There would be no fare price difference to factor in if the dates and times were the same - just a charge for.changing names (I think).1

Bit of a gamble though isn't it? Anybody buying would probably want a reduction in first place. You would have to do the name changing and assuming the people who are purchasing won't pay until the tickets are in their names you would have to hope they keep their end of the bargain. Otherwise, you will not only be out the original cost but the cost of transferring as well! Strangers on Gumtree or equivalent, hmmmm, not sure would take the risk. If family members or friends then different but as you say you and your family don't want to take the risk of going to France, I think this might be difficult.1
