Shocked

Options
I’m shocked that I’ve received a ticket off bpa parked up on the M6 Motorway station after falling ill, I purchased a bottle of water, was physically sick, so got my head down, I was over by 30 minutes, which I didn’t see a sign🤷‍♀️ But even if I did surly I wasn’t expected to drive it would of been dangerous to, any suggestions to what to do, I’m not paying as I feel it’s unfair

First of all, edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people as far as the law is concerned.  Do this before you do anything else!
The Keeper has protections in law that The Driver does not.
    Parking scammers read this forum.

Please then tell us the name of the PPC, not just which trade association they belong to.
Please also tell us what happened when you complained to the landowner or Services manager. Services are supposed to be a refuge, a place of safety, and limiting the time a motorist can stay is unfair as well as dangerous because it could lead to an accident.

Next, read the sticky thread for NEWBIES that asks everyone to read it before posting. Send the appeal template in blue text you will find there if your complaint does not result in a cancellation.
The NEWBIES is just underneath where you clicked on the   button.

This is what you are looking for.

Please also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

    Read MC! here

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and an independent appeals service will be set up,

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

    http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2019/8/contents/of these Private Parking Companies.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

You have not got a ticket from 'the BPA'.

    Read the NEWBIES thread please.

What happened when you complained to the Motorway Services Manager by Googling the place and finding an email to complain to, as anyone would?  The NEWBIES thread tells everyone to do that first (PLAN A - complain to the landowner) but it never ceases to amaze me that people need telling!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
