Loveholidays package, Tui flights cancelled

Hi all, I have a package holiday booked through LH with tui flights to Cyprus 1st of August.
I got an email off tui saying that flights were cancelled but wasn't any detail to the email.
I checked myself and can still book the outbound flight to cyprus and can do 14 days or 7 days but not 10 which I had booked, it looks like my return flight is cancelled.
If only my return flight is cancelled would this still in effect cancel the whole package as I can't do 14 days due to returning to work and don't want to do only 7.
Loveholidays have been uncontactable and haven't been in touch at all.
I assume the whole lot is cancelled but don't want to book another holiday in case they try to wiggle out of it. I have an ATOL certificate.
Thanks for any advice

If one of your flights is cancelled then the package provider is legally obliged to offer you the choice of a refund or alternative travel arrangements, under the Package Travel Regulations.
However, compliance with these regulations seems to be patchy, especially among some of the less reputable providers such as Loveholidays, and they all seem difficult to contact, so actually exercising your legal rights is rather more challenging than it should be....2 -

It looks like both legs of the flights are cancelled but they show as active in my TUI app, but if I go on a computer and on the TUI website under 'my bookings' it has my bookings and shows 2 previous holidays then 'cancelled bookings' Newcastle to Paphos'

If you log onto loveholidays " my booking" , now a two step process as they email a unique link, then under the flight options is a "my flight has been cancelled" option .
They then claim they will get in touchEx forum ambassador

I've just booked a holiday with loveholidays for September and paid a deposit, when I checked the paperwork they have put the wrong date on the date I'm to be collected for transfer back to the airport. No option online to amend booking, No phone number to call, unable to chat online as it is constantly busy and I have been trying for 48 hours, no email address to email, can't write a letter. What a way to run a business, I'm already thinking for just cancelling and writing off the deposit before I pay anymore if this is how they are operating now what will they be like if I get stuck abroad, their reputation is correct I'm starting to see. They had the cheek to send me feefo request to leave feedback which I will.0

Can anyone help please. I am due to pay a balance of nearly £3000 on 10/7/20 for a holiday to Mexico in October. I have since found out that the hotel I was going too has ceased trading on 7/6/20 and TUI are no longer flying to the destination until they start again on 6/11/20. I have not received any notification from TUI with regards to my holiday being cancelled.0
