Love Holiday pressure refunding?

Hi,
So, I booked a holiday with love holiday as a package that should have happened over easter. Obviously it didn't go ahead and like many I've been chasing a refund from both love holiday and ryanair for the flight component. Ryanair have sent me a refund for the upgrade on my flight portion and have sent the rest of the money back to love holiday. But my refund amount has not changed on the love holiday "mange my booking" page.
Today I received an email that says my refund credit note , miraculously, runs out at the end of the month and I have the option to either extend the credit note or accept the refund for the amount shown, which is still minus the flight component. If I try to go into my "manage my booking" it takes me back to the offer page with no other options. No contact us, no live chat, nothing.  I have read in an old newspaper article that people have to raise a separate flight refund request but that has never been said to me and there was never an option to do so online.
Surely this cannot be right or legal? I booked my holiday in August of last year and until today's announcement I was told the credit note was valid till 2021.

I also had an e-mail yesterday with the option to extend the credit note or claim a cash refund.  I claimed the refund and received e-mail today confirming refund has gone through and should be back on my credit card within 5 days, so very happy with that. The flight portion I have already got back by doing a chargeback on my credit card (Tesco) - it took them 6 weeks to process it but it went through a couple of weeks ago.

My holiday was booked for 18th April - if Love Holidays are working through in date order, then that's where they are up to.
