Package holiday flight cancelled and hotel closed, what are my rights?

I wonder if anyone can help? I booked a package holiday pre Covid through travel republic for a 2 week holiday departing 9/8/2020.
Our flights are with Ryanair and these have been cancelled. I am only aware of this because I have logged into the booking through Ryanair's website, according to our booking with Travel republic, they are still going ahead.
Friday 3rd July I received a support message from Travel republic stating my holiday was still going ahead and i have until 12pm on the 10th July to decide if i want to rearrange my holiday to a different date or continue with my holiday and accept their new covid terms that my holiday will be slightly different than originally planned due to restrictions in place. Since then I have been trying to contact Travel republic to see what restrictions are in place and to also discuss the issues with our flight being cancelled. Their phone lines have been taken down and they are ignoring all other forms of communication.
This morning I emailed the hotel to see if they could provide me with some information and they have replied saying the hotel will be closed for the rest of the season.

So to cut a long story short I have a package holiday which is ATOL and ABTA protected booked through travel republic, and both elements of the holiday have been cancelled. Within their terms and conditions it states that 'Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee and get a full refund of any payments if any of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, are changed significantly'
As I am unable to contact travel republic I cannot discuss this with them so thought I would ask here, considering the whole of my package would require changing due to flight and holiday cancellations am I within my rights to request a full refund (If I can get through to them). And if anyone has contact details that will get a response please can you share them.

Thanks in advance

Well without flights or accommodation it's very unlikely the package holiday will be going ahead.  So you are entitled to a full refund. In theory they could find you alternative flights, and also alternative hotel, but I would think that's incredibly unlikely.

The OTA's are swamped with the workload and are working in departure date order, so it might just be a case of sitting tight and waiting for them to formally notify you the holiday is cancelled.
