Ryanair cancellation.

Ryanair cancelled our flight for the 21 May due to the pandemic and have not as yet refunded. I now am paying interest in the flights as my parties flights were all out on my card. It equates to around £60/70 interest a month! I called Tesco they said they couldn’t freeze the interest until this was paid. We have applied for the refund twice with Ryanair. It has now cost me the price of my flight in interest because of their failure to refund. What on earth can I do now. Desperate
