EON problems with two meters

Hello, 
Apologies if this is in the wrong section or has been asked already but I have been having issues with EON for a while now, I always update my meter readings before my next bill is due, with one being sent on the 16th June ready for my next bill, but they still estimated it, I then sent through another reading on the 2nd July which they said to give 24 hours for the bill to update - it wasn't as it still showed as estimated 24 hours after. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for it then being a weekend, checked Monday and Tuesday this week and its still not updated today on Wednesday showing as estimated still! I have again contacted them over the chat and they had one reading down wrong again! Im livid with their service! 

I am also not at the property as I have been isolating with family for a long while now so little to no electric is being used. Its a small three bedroom house with now one occupant unfortunately but no-one has been there really since December 2019. 
I also have two meters, one gives me a day and night reading and another is a stored heat, my house has air source heating and is an eco property.
EON have suggested I up my monthly dd to £313 a month!!!!
