New Kitchen fitting quote

I've received the quote below to replace my existing kitchen. This is for fitting only. The layout and number of units will be similar to the existing kitchen, so no major rerouting of cables or pipes are involved. Probably the biggest extra work is in raising the lowered pine clad ceiling to its original height and plaster boarding and skimming. The kitchen is approximately 16m2, and they have estimated around 10 days to complete mainly due to the work required on the ceiling.
The price to fit your kitchen with a estimated 15 unit kitchen with laminate worktops is £4221 this includes as follows
Removing existing kitchen
Take down lowered ceiling
Frame new ceiling with 4 x 2 white wood posts
Plasterboard ceiling with 12.5mm plasterboard
Plaster ceiling
Supply and fit 12 LED down lights fire rated
Rectify problem with back wall
Level floor with plywood and self level cement then fully cover floor with 4mm plywood for LVT flooring
Fit LVT flooring
Fit and supply new skirting boards
All plasterboard, plywood and timber posts are supplied by me
Fit all new units
Install under lights to wall units ( customer to supply)
Fit all décor panels to units
Fit worktops
Install gas hob with gas safe installer
Plumb in sink and dishwasher
Fit all new appliances
New power points are installed to appliances
Alter any power points above worktop height if needed
Dispose of all waste at end of projectThis is the first quote I've had, so I would appreciate any views on if it looks reasonable.

What is the problem with the back wall ?Is it an external solid brick wall with damp issues, or just an uneven/rough surface that needs tarting up ?4mm plywood as a base for LVT flooring..... hmmmmm... Check with the manufacturer and see what they recommend. Some suggest 6mm or thicker. Depending on the thickness of the plywood being used to level the floor, I would question the need for SLC and a second layer of plywood. Her courage will change the world.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is. It's an internal wall inside an alcove that seems to have had a thin false wall put up. When you press it, it flexes and bends slightly, so I don't even think its boarded with plasterboard. It isn't a large area, but until the false wall is removed we won't know what the issue is.
