Handing in my notice while on furlough

My employer says if i hand my notice in while on furlough i have to pay it all back plus pension and NIC from August. Is the correct.? I am starting uni in September

    I haven’t read anything legally to say that’s correct at all.

    Have they offered you a change to your furlough contract/agreement for August?
  • No, it is not correct, they are trying it on (or are too stupid to understand the system).
