ClearScore app - unknown account removal

Hi,
I am little lost and concerned at the moment. Every month I get my credit score through the ClearScore app, and in most months there seems to be some account with Lloyds (even has an account number with *********) that appears to get removed from my records. The app explains this as "This means you have closed an account. Maybe you changed your phone contract so the phone loan was removed from your report."
I have been to Lloyds Bank, I have been through to the ClearScore customer service, and I have also been through to the Equifax helpdesk (online chats) and they are all completely unhelpful and useless. They blame each other and I am just getting moved around from Lloyds to ClearScore to Equifax.
I can concretely confirm I have no changed phone contracts, not open or closed any accounts and otherwise made any chances to my financial situation that could be causing this, and I do not have an account with Lloyds.
Has anyone else experienced this?

It seems like a bug.
A lot of other users on here have reported mysterious Lloyds acocunts "disappearing".1 -
Check your credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and Transunion - you can get a free trial on them all and see your report. If there are no Lloyds accounts present, it seems to be a bug on ClearScore's end.1

i don’t think all of my current accounts show up on any one report. It’s only when I view them all that they actually do1 -
Thank you guys,Must be a glitch then because I cross checked across other credit reference agencies and don’t have that problem.0
