why is hayes travel got a high refund rating when cruisenation their cruise side has a terrible rating on trust pilot it is over 60% terrible can mse explain this .
i for one have been waiting about 4 months and had no refund but a lot of excuses and lie, ie they are waiting on a refund from cruise company but cruise company have told me they paid them back and also paid them there comission so they have not lost out . so can anybody explain wh this is so ,have not heard martin ask then either any reason as he is quick to jump at ryan air.

Do you understand how surveys work? MSE are simply relaying what they've been told by respondents, and of course experiences will vary, so the fact that you haven't been treated well doesn't nullify the findings of others!1
