Driving Licence

Thought prob best place to place this
I move Feb 2020, Did not sort the driving licence out till March before Lockdown or maybe the begining of the month.
Did this online then sent the form.
I have still not have it back.
I can't ring them as automated service cau you off because the are busy.
Web chat not avalible due to lack of staff.
Can't email as again not enough staff to deal with my enquiry..
So i had no Licence since March.. and if i go on the yougov site to look at my licence i can't as apprently my details are incorrect..
Does anyone have an email i can send to get through...

    When I moved I did it online and got me new licence back within a few weeks.  Didnt need to send the old licence back.

    You have a driving licence so you are able to drive.

    Perhaps the OP means she did the paperwork on line then then picked a post option and then sent existing licence away?

    OP please clarify, if you still have a licence?

    I have finally manage to go on YouGov to get my licence number and all correct on there.. 
    I'm going to go with the covid has delayed this all.. we see,

    You still have a license to drive, it's just that you don't have a physical licence in your possession so you can still legally drive in the UK.

    The police can check his licence online, and if he has some other form of ID he's unlikely to be asked to produce. That would be a waste of everyone's time.

    One cannot produce what one does not have. There is not a court in the land that would record a conviction for "Failing to produce" in such circumstances.

    DVLA were not dealing with post due to reduced staff during lockdown.
