Chargeback scheme

As a Xmas present my husband bought me a 1/2 day gift voucher from a local spa, which was valid for 6 months. Obviously due to Covid this spa closed in accordance with government guidelines. However the spa has now ceased trading and is permanently closed. I have left a telephone message and email but now the telephone number and website has closed down, and I haven’t received any response. Can you chargeback as my husband paid on his debit Visa card. After reading about chargeback I think perhaps I can but wondered if anyone has had a similar experience.
