I had flights booked for a trip 3-5th July.
I received an email from Easyjet on 10 June entitled ‘Options for your upcoming flight’ 

Within the email
it states

Original booking ref (e.g. ****):

Firstly can anyone confirm if this email is a genuine one?
I followed the instructions and still not heard anything back and it’s nearly a month now.
