The bottom line is that you just can't afford to rent on your own. You will need to consider a house/flat share.

Spending over 70% of your income on rent is simply going to cripple you. A third of income is a sensible rule of thumb.

As others have said, either finding a house share closer to the 300 mark, or staying with mum are your short term options.

With the budget you propose you'll never have a holiday, and end up in debt buying essential clothiers, toiletries etc.

Your utilities calculation seems way too high. Your council tax estimate seems to be band C (what sort of property is it?).
How long is your 2nd job for? Half an hour a month?
You've got your sums badly wrong on a few items....

Is there any reason why you cannot stay living with your mum for now?

I don’t think you are going to be able to make living in this flat work on your monthly budget. There could be all sorts of unexpected costs pop up. What if the landlord put the rent up? Do you need to buy any clothing to help you with your walk to work eg) waterproofs if raining?  And the fact you have only £30 left over for food and cleaning products per month wouldn’t support any unexpected rise in costs.

I would expect to spend about half what you have said on energy costs living by yourself though which may help a little bit.

You can not afford this rent on the income you have.  I assume you are on minimum wage. How old are you?  Will you be able to get the increases due to your age when you get older?  You need another few hundred pounds a month.  Can you get more work?
if income cannot be increased then you will have to move into cheaper accommodation just until your income is higher.  Do you have any savings to use?

OP.  You can't afford it, don't try.  You need to lower expectations or double your income.
House share is the obvious choice if you need to move out.

On site accommodation if it’s a hospital?
There ‘used’ to be some reasonably priced on site accommodation for nurses, doctors, domestic staff etc.
    Maybe that’s changed?

    Council tax rebates.

Find a CAB that is proactive and knows their stuff. Specialist welfare benefits advisor. CAB also has website with lots of info on well, everything.

Your current scenario isn’t sustainable, even walking four hours a day in all weathers.
