Hi i have just gone to renew my insurance for a work van only to find its gone up due to a claim on my insurance.But i have not made a claim .But my son who was a named driver thourght van had been stolen as i had moved it when we went on holiday to take it off the road,when i found out i informed insurance company.How do i get it removed of database any help please

    So a claim was made and then withdrawn?

    CUE also holds details of incidents and not just claims, ie if someone keys your car and you inform your insurers for information purposes only and T-Cut it out yourself (which in theory you should tell your insurers but most don't). In this case given it was an error it may be possible to contact your insurers at the time and ask them to remove the record but you may find that they automatically upload new data to CUE but how they remove data is probably manual and not widely known in the contact centre.
