On the beach problems

hi, was wondering if anyone can help. We booked a holiday, flights with easy jet, hotel and transfers through on the beach departure date 03 August 2020, with the current situation we don't want to travel and have requested a change through my bookings section on their website. We were told that we had to co tact easyjet ourselves and change flights then they would look at hotel for us. We have done this with easyjet and changed flights for April 2020 to a different country as they wanted nearly £1000 more for same destination. We have asked for a hotel change to otb and are awaiting a response. My question is the money we have paid otb so far has all gone to our flights so far and we are due to pay the remaining balance by 20th July but no one is responding to is, I have tried twitter and the messaging service on otb website 11 days ago with nothing, you can't call as they have closed their phone lines, if i was to cancel the holiday and pay the cancellation fee can they cancel my flights or as they said they can't speak to them can o keep my flights and book accommodation else where. So worried and confused about where I stand. I jave had a look through the paper work and don't think we were sent an atol certificate. Please someone help!! Tia
