Paypal Credit Won't take my money

Hi
I'm having a nightmare trying to clear my PayPal credit account. They just won't take my money from bank account. I go online and try to make a payment. It schedules a payment but nothing comes out of my bank account.
Any help or suggestions as to help with this?

It is probably a world-first that Paypal will not take your money!
As suggested above it is probably a good idea just to give them a quick call and talk it over with them and tell them what you're trying to do and see if they can help0
