Trying to change to pureplanet via MSE for electric power

Everything started well. The application process was fine. I was told everything was fine. Then I got a message saying they needed more info. I clicked on what I assumed (it wasn't too clear) the relevant link. But it didnt seem to work, so I backtracked, and tried again, only to be told the link was "unique " and can only be used once. I can find no telephone or other way of communicating with pureplanet and am proper fed up. Any ideas out there?
