Love Holidays.

I need some advice regarding a love holidays booking. I was due to fly to spain on the 25th July 2020. On the 21st of May, Ryanair wrote to me cancelling the flight booking due to COVID -19. They offered a voucher which I declined and they then said that I'd be in a que to recieve the refund which I'm still waiting on. Meanwhile, the option I chose to pay with Loveholidays was the standard deposit and then the final lump sum to be paid on the 11th July 2020. I'm looking to cancel this holiday due to the uncertainty  aswell as nothing being open when we get there. 

Love holidays charge a £75 admin fee to cancel which is fine but they've said that I won't get back the money which Ryanair are refunding to them to pass on to me due to the fact I'm cancelling the holiday. Where do I stand here and what options can I take?

As you are choosing to cancel the holiday rather than them (as a tour operator they would be required to find you alternative flights) then your options are limited to what is allowed under their terms and conditions. If they cancel the holiday they have to give you a refund, if you cancel the holiday then actions are dictated in the contract.
