Sun refund from May!

We booked a sun holiday earlier this year (12/01/2020) for May. It was a Monday to Friday break at pontins in brean sands. We paid the fee to the sun but before we were due to pay the final balance to the park the COVID pandemic hit. I contacted the park and they began the refund process for us. 
On 30/4/2020 (so after we would have been and returned) I received an email saying our refund request had been confirmed and it would take 28 to be processed. 
I allowed 28 working days but still nothing. 
I tried the online contact sheet and have left it 14 days from submission but again no contact???? 
Effectively they have Money that is owed to us but you can’t call and speak to anyone. Their online contact gets no reply and the email is not effective either. Not sure if anyone has any ideas? Are we the only ones?
