How long are you reasonably expected to wait for a work coach phone call?

My work coach was supposed to call 2 hours ago but I've still not heard.

I need to go out and get on with my day.  How long should I wait?

    Until they call, presumably, unless you have a medical appt, job interview or similar that can't be changed.

    Thanks, I have sent a journal message.  I appreciate that they are very busy so I've decided not to go out today and just wait for the call.

    I'd also double check that your correct number is recorded in your account.
    This does presume that you're on UC though.

    Hi, no the work coach didn't call but I got a message on my journal to say they will be calling tomorrow.

    Yes, they do have my correct number because they have called me previously.

    Never mind, things happen!

    If they had the time to send the message why didnt they have the time to just make the call. That would wind me up. Did they call today?

    If they had the time to send the message why didnt they have the time to just make the call. That would wind me up. Did they call today?
    Sending a message takes a lot less time than having a phone conversation.
