Expedia Coupon Help!!

I booked a hotel (with free cancellation) prior to Covid-19, which I then cancelled in April. They offered a 115% coupon which I took.

I re-booked a few weeks ago using the coupon (again with free cancellation), but realised I had one of the dates incorrect, so cancelled it as it wouldn’t let me change it.

2 weeks later, Expedia are refusing to refund me.

The terms of conditions clearly state that the coupon should be refunded but they are refusing to refund me the voucher.

Can I go down the lines of asking for a full refund of the original cash payment, or where should I go to get my coupon back? I’ve used the live chat and Twitter chats, both have said no and fobbed me off with raising it higher to no response.
