Package booked through teletext.

Booked a package through Teletext going to Gran Canaria on 17th July. Trying to get hold of teletext but no answer (or by email). Ryanair does still seem to be flying out then but the hotel appears to be closed (their website doesn't like my booking code). As it is a package, should I be able to get the whole amount refunded ?
