Child Savings question

We are emigrating later this year and looking to put a lump sum into a UK savings account for our 3 yo daughter.
Main purpose being an emergency fund for herself/guardian if anything goes wrong and she has to come back on her own.
Obviously, we wouldn't be tax residents anymore, so whether that's rules ISAs out or not?
We would have it listed in our wills when we have them rewritten.
Something that would grow would be nice, but might be hopeful at present.

It might be worth considering establishing a Bare Trust for your child with the guardian and a close relative as Trustees?
You might take advice on suitable investments for the Trust to hold.
Your child would have the right to access and control at the age of 18.1 -
ISAs cannot be contributed to when you become a tax non resident. You can open a general investment account and put it in a trust while investing in a few funds. You can keep adding to it. But there might be capital gains tax payable when it’s taken out.0
