Funway Holidays - another travel firm casualty following CV-19
Funway Holidays (and presumably sister brand MyAmericaHoliday) have announced that they will conduct an orderly closure of their U.K. tour operation business in September.
No new bookings or re-bookings to be accepted from today (7 July) and all bookings departing on or after 1 September 2020 will be cancelled.
Travel trade media reporting that Funway will contact all travel agents who currently have live bookings with the operator and that all deposits or payments received on these would be refunded in full. All Refund Credit Notes will be paid in cash.
Funway is based in Bromley, Kent and had been trading for 27 years.

Shame we travelled with them via TC to NewYork a few years ago and the price was very good, shame to see another travel company go to the wall especially one that had traded for that long0
